Corporate Spectrum is a search boutique that has been created to address the most crucial and unmet need of the corporate, ie helping clients to bridge the gap between aspirations for, and acquisition of Top Talent. Promoted by a very experienced professional and focused on few industries, Corporate Spectrum promises its’ client very personalized services and rewarding outcomes for each mandate. Corporate Spectrum offers clients a comprehensive Executive Search and Consulting service at a time when most search firms rely solely on database driven selection services. This approach will surely propel Corporate Spectrum to a premier standing among India’s most successful Executive Search firms.

As a startup search firm, today, Corporate Spectrum has 1 office in Gurgaon. We plan to expand our presence in two more locations – Mumbai and Bangalore in near future.

Suresh Tiwari :

Suresh has total 25years of corporate experience in business as well as HR. Before starting Corporate Spectrum, Suresh was working as head HR with Eli Lilly and Company; the 100% subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Co Inc, USA, a fortune 500 and amongst the top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Suresh had been part of Eli Lilly ever since it's inception in India in 1993 and has held various portfolios including Sales, Training, Six Sigma and HR. He is a Black belt in Six Sigma and has received extensive training in Talent Acquisition. This unique combination of HR with business gives Suresh unique advantage of being able to link HR with business. Prior to Lilly, Suresh has worked in Glaxo and Nicholas in sales. Suresh has received extensive training in all fields of HR and has developed deep expertise in key areas like talent acquisition and capability building.

Priyanca Chhabra :

Priyanca has total 15years of corporate experience in business as well as HR. Before joining Corporate Spectrum, Priyanca worked as Senior Manager HR with Eli Lilly and Company; the 100% subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Co Inc, USA, a fortune 500 and amongst the top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Priyanca had been part of Eli Lilly ever since it's inception in India in 1993 and has held various portfolios including Sales, Training, Marketing and HR. As part of her key portfolio, Priyanca received extensive training in Talent Acquisition and led massive expansion plans during high growth phase at Lilly India. Priyanca also headed HR department in Lilly India during absence of the Head HR for almost 18 months. This unique combination of HR with business gives Priyanca unique advantage of being able to link HR with business.
